VT500
Perfectly intelligible and neutral voice reproduction is the top priority with the VT500 and is made possible by the high-end capsule used. Of course, the microphone is also optimised for wearing under clothing and has therefore been established in the film production sector for many years.
Thanks to injection moulding, the microphone is extremely robust and shock-resistant. The cable is moulded directly into the capsule housing, which makes it virtually impossible to pull out.
The RF-protected microphone capsule prevents interference from RF signals and the particularly flexible connection cable ensures that handling noise is eliminated.
The VT500 is available with various plugs for connection to the most common wireless systems & recorders.
- Professional lavalier microphone for various productions in the broadcast/film sector etc.
- Omnidirectional characteristic (picks up equally from all sides, neutral voice reproduction without proximity effect)
- RF protected microphone capsule
- VT500-style sound without frequency boost
- Flexible and low handling noise 1.5m cable

"You may be interested in this fact: I am using eleven VT500 mics on an ABC Television Network show. The show is called „The Chew“. It is seen in the entire USA and Canada, Monday to Friday at 1:00p.m.“

"Einstein's Light - is a documentary film in collaboration with Unesco and the International Year of Light. The film was shot with with a 2 person sound team at 12 locations around the globe. I shot 5 of them. I was able to do my part brilliantly with the VT500, with a speciality being the attachment of the microphone capsule to the top buttonhole, so that the microphone showed up instead of the shirt button." They’re beautiful, small and their quality is amazing. I actually use them also very often as plant mics for sound effects recordings on shootings. Yesterday I put one in a piano and it sounded really great. That’s crazy to have this sound quality with such a small capsule.
